7. Barber and Salon Responsiblities

7.1 Barber Responsibilities

Barbers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their availability on the platform. If a barber is unavailable for a specific period, they must block the relevant time slots to avoid conflicts. Barbers will also be responsible for notifying clients promptly if rescheduling is required.

7.2 Salon Termination Policy

Salons listed on our platform are expected to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend a salon if it engages in fraudulent activities, misuse, or fails to adhere to our Terms and Conditions.
- Implement a strike system where repeated violations result in temporary suspension.
- Terminate a salon if it accumulates excessive strikes or engages in severe misconduct.

Salons will initially use the platform without a subscription fee, but a subscription fee will be introduced at a later stage. Salons will be notified of this change in advance.

Salons may also request termination of their association with our platform if they no longer wish to be listed. Such requests may be made in writing and will be processed promptly or via the termination button on their page that will notify us and then we will proceed accordingly. An explanatory reason must be accompanied during the termination pr.

8. Leaving Reviews

Clients may leave reviews for barbers and services only after creating an account. This ensures that all reviews are linked to verified bookings and provide authentic feedback.

9. Limitation and Liability

We strive to provide a seamless experience; however, we are not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations caused by barbers.
- Losses incurred due to failure to reschedule appointments.
- Technical issues beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under the following circumstances:
- Fraudulent activities.
- Misuse of the platform.
- Illegal transactions or activities.

Termination may occur without prior notice if deemed necessary to protect the platform or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
